Prompt a "Restart workbench dialog" when user set the JFX SDK Directory preference

Description

It could be good to prompt user to restart the workbench when he set the JavaFx?-SDK-Directory preference.

This is useful to prevent problems.
For instance when creating a new FXML File the ROOT combo is empty (if the user has not perform the restart).
